ELECTROCARDIOGRAM (ECG)

An ECG checks for problems with the electrical activity of your heart. It displays the heart’s electrical activity so that a physician can interpret the results.

ECHOCARDIOGRAM

An echo is a type of ultrasound test that uses high-pitched sound waves to pick up echoes of the sound waves as they bounce off the different parts of your heart.

STRESS ECHOCARDIOGRAM

A stress echocardiogram is an exercise test that evaluates the heart. The patient is generally walking on a treadmill while being observed.

HOLTER & BLOOD PRESSURE MONITORS

Holter & wireless monitors are worn over a prescribed period of time. They monitor the heartbeat and/or blood pressure to detect abnormalities.

SPECIAL TESTING

We can arrange a series of additional cardiac tests that are carried out in a hospital setting, such as nuclear stress testing and trans-esophageal ECG.
